After collecting the order and opened I realized that one of the items (of a pair) was missing. Someone of the store literally didn’t see a box semi emptied, torn and opened when putting the order all together.
Fortunately, after contacting the costumer services they said they would replace and send a new one and they were quick answering it and deal with the situation.
It’s not a 5 star review just because the problem I had shouldn’t be happened.
