I ordered 5 items and paid only to receive an email a couple of days later saying one item was out of stock even though it allowed me to order.
I was annoyed because if I knew this I would have ordered something else but now it would cost me another lot of postage costs. I feel I should have been given the option to amend my order or at least given a code for my postage costs back to be able to reorder something else.
I am now reluctant to order items again.
