My first purchase with USC. Needed to return a pair of jeans because they were too small. Very pleased to report that it was a smooth process and refund was processed instantly so thank you.
It does seem ludicrous however that in this scenario I HAVE to post the item back at my cost and cannot simply return the item to one of your high street stores. I ask that you please review this policy. £5.95 initial delivery + cost of returning does make it rather expensive to return something that does not fit.
