While the whole online shopping service is easy and good to use, you still have to pay £5 to pick up in store you do get this back instore but its only in sports direct. And should anything need returning again you have to pay, when all other big stores do free returns to the shop. I think it lets the buying online down and I wouldnt choose to do this again it can work out costly.
