Why don't you ask how you s can improve ?
Paying a delivery charge of that amount will lose you customers I have went to order a number of times from you but stopped due to this.
You also left the security bug on my shorts which then cost me 20 minutes in Matalan to try and get this off. It was embarrassing and I d's in a huge rush.
However I do love your store and some of the items to sell
