I think charging to,collect a parcel from a sister company is a bit out of order and then if you do have any problems with any items you then want your customer to pay AGAIN to send them back, so in all I’ve spent over £10for a jacket which came ripped.
I will hesitate using you in the future. Maybe it might be worth having free postage for returns as you charge 6.99 for delivery which is ridiculously high and slow
