I've purchased 4 items totalling over 400 pounds last week from yourselves and I asked for one to be exchanged,I printed a pic of the exchange item and put it in the box during the return only to be informed I could only exchange for the same item,I told them the exchange item I wanted was 10 pounds more and I'm willing to pay the difference but I was told it's too late(even when the item was still with your warehouse)I was told I will have to wait for delivery,then refuse the delivery and then reorder the item again using my money and then wait for a refund from the refused item,now can you see how this is not proper business sense because you have just lost a customer and I love buying shoes but I will be shopping elsewhere from now
