customer services was spot on. I had to return the jeans I purchased as I ordered the wrong size. I paid for delivery to home ans when returning the item I was not able to get a refund for the delivery. very disappointing. I also purchased on black Friday 25% off as the trousers then went back up to original price I had to pay the difference for the same pair of trousers. very disappointed!
