It has been 11 days since I placed my order the last email I received was a week ago stating that the courier was collecting my parcel and I’ve heard nothing since. I have contacted customer services at usc several times with no response. With this being a Christmas present I am not happy at all especially since it was ordered nearly a month before Christmas. I suggest easier access to customer services, possibly social media or just quicker responses - even a response at all to be honest.
