The website was very easy and clear to use very happy with the product when it arrived. The only issue I had was I use the option to have my parcel delivered to a local shop by D.P.D courier this was a very poor service I was given a pick up date then got an e-mail informing me that the parcel was delayed to the next day I went to pick it up and it was not there three days went by and no further communication from the courier I could not get any information when I phoned to enquire about my order was told it was on its way and just had to wait very poor service and poor communication from D.P.D I would use USC again but will never use that delivery option again.
