It appears USC were quick to send perfume but their chosen delivery company Hermes were really slow and I received it 4 days after I had received a similar item from another company (which was free compared to 3.99 charge for Hermes). Not much communication from Hermes until day of delivery and USC help line could not give me much help as 'contact us' email needed an order number before I could send but I wasn't issued with one on my email so couldn't use that service. Took an hour to find a valid telephone help line number and they couldn't help either - was really worried that I had ordered from dodgy company for 2 days! So basically after sales service and deliver company needs to be improved please.. thanks
