Packaged arrived damaged and poorly presented. Looks like a product purchased from a discount store such as TK Maxx, not somewhere selling designer goods at full price.
Very difficult to get through to any customer services.
Wish I had known the company was linked to Sports Direct as I would have just gone to one of their stores which is within 10miles rather than making an online order from USC.
