Poor options for contacting customer service - I paid for next day delivery so expected all items I ordered to be in stock and delivered, one item (the mains reason for my order) wasn't in stock but would have re ordered another colour to receive asap, but only option to contact was an email - 72 hour delay in response! I therefore paid for a delivery service that didn't benefit me! So frustrating as I think USC is generally great - I instead had to go out of my way and go into store, where the original item was in stock.., so mad!!!
