Loved the website. All the brands I was looking for In one place and there was a sale on too. Placed my order and paid the delivery charge to get my things by the 19th...plenty of time for Christmas as I was working every day in the run up to the festivities. That's when Hermes became involved. Checked the tracker on 19th saying due for delivery today...then delayed 24hrs...then by 21st it said returned to sender. No attempt to deliver it or even any direct contact just a note on a tracker. Contacting them is nigh on impossible too. I'd suggest you find an alternative delivery firm because Hermes are shockingly bad and must be losing companies a lot of business when they let people down like that. I then had to make a quick dash to my nearest store to attempt to rebuy the items to find they were selling in store at a different price?? Course by this time I had run out of time to shop around and had to buy the same products at an increased cost while still waiting for a refund for the originals. Not the happiest if customers this time.
