There are problems in term of quality control in USC:-
1. Goods can be mixed before they boxed, that is poor quaility assurance.
2. Goods were not check before the box is sealed, that is poor quality control.
3. Boxed goods can be opened before they pack for delivery, that is a high quality risk.
4. The phone number can not be easily found in USC Web site for customer support, that will reduce customer satisfaction.
5. However the Customer Service team is very helpful, but by now is too late.
