I ordered a Christmas gift but after the billing address I wasn't asked if there was a different delivery address and forgot, so Hermes tried twice to deliver to billing address without success. On tracking the order and speaking to Hermes on Christmas Eve, they advised the only way I could change the address was to contact you, so I sent a message to you Christmas Eve explaining the correct delivery address and am awaiting the delivery to 5 Beckhall, Welton, Lincs, LN2 LJ and a reply.
