When the boots turned up one had clearly been used as a display. This caused one boot to be a different colour from the other. I sent them back at my own cost with a view to them being exchanged as they were faulty.
Instead the money was refunded without my prior knowledge. This whole ordeal has cost me nearly £10 and still no boots to show for it nor any explanation. The postage money should of been refunded too, as they were faulty good.
