I recentoy placed an order and it arrived fine. However I then went back on to create another order and had a basket of items worth over £200. I then continued to proceed with the order, only ro find out that I was still expected to pay £5.99 delivery and pay again to return items! I think USC needs to offer free delivery for customers spending a set amount considering companies like M&M Direct and Get The Label ect offer customers free delivery if they spend a set amount. So in the end I never placef my order of £212, purely due to not even getting offered free delivery for the large amount that I was going to spend. I would hate to know how much USC are loosing from customers choosing to go elsewhere when they find out that other companies are offering free delivery for people spending just £50. Yet no matter what you spend with USC you are stung with a £6 delivery fee on top. Not good if USC is wanting to compete with other online big branded stores. Thanks
