Unfortunately, the service which I had received was appalling. I went into the Preston Deepdale Sports Direct store to collect my order on 29/12/17 at around 13:50 and left at 14:25. Your staff members claimed that my parcel either had not been delivered or was lost. Despite myself having the email in my hand confirming the delivery to the store.
Luckily, the manager came and sorted this problem out. I received my parcel and the manager said that it was in the delivery box but no one checked there.
I am very disappointed with my experience today and it has made me question ordering from your sister company again.
