I received my order promptly from USC. Unfortunately, the wrong sized item was delivered. I returned it promptly for a refund having missed my hubbys birthday and the day after, I received my refund. My only gripe is that I had to pay return postage despite it not being my fault. I ordered an xxxl and it was an XXL in the XXXL packaging. Cost me a £10 for delivery both ways. Disappointed in this as overall the service was fantastic.
