Very vey poor customer service. Sent two different shoe sizes. Spoke to customer service and was told I must email. Sent an email in which I also raised a few questions. All I got back a scripted generic email saying I must follow the returns instructions online. No answers to the questions I raised. I emailed again requesting a reply to my initial email but still no response. Rang customer serviced again and was told to what for a reply. I asked if my query can be resolved whilst I was on the phone but was told no. No help whatsoever. To top it off, I returned the shoes requesting and exchange for the right size which I initially ordered but was told they were now out of stock. No goodwill gesture offered for all the inconvenience. Very amateur customer service.
