I wouldn't say the shopping experience made me happy, the product did that. Having to use their Android app to purchase the trainers was painful. The whole purchasing process was very unfriendly and long-winded. The price of the product and postage discount made me perservere. The app needs an overhaul and money spent on UX. It's woeful.
