The item I bought in store had to be exchanged I had to do it online with a credit note I had problems using my credit note so called customer services who weren’t very helpful st all, I then finally sorted it reordered online but was disgusted that I had to pay £4.99 extra for delivery I’ve bought from several stores online before and if you choose the option to gave the item/items delivered to store it’s free of charge yet you still charge £4.99 for delivery personally I think that’s disgusting hence to say I’ll never buy from you again
