I ordered 3 items online from USC recently. 2 of the items are great but I unfortunately ordered long jeans instead of regular.
I went on the website to find my nearest store & then tried to take them back to the Metro centre (Gateshead store), hoping to swap them for the correct length, only to find it had been closed for some time.
I have since realised you do not accept online returns in shops anyway (lots of complaints about your company online on this issue). I think it is disgusting that firstly you charge for delivery when so many other large stores offer either free delivery or free collection at stores or local shops and secondly that you do not provide free returns... On top of these costs we have now incurred fuel expenses for a pointless trip.
