They shirt I ordered for my husband was a birthday present and I paid £7 for next day delivery, the shirt arrived with a security tag still on!
I had to take it back to the nearest shop which is in the next town and pay to park to have it removed.
I emailed customer service and was told as a ‘goodwill gesture’ they would refund my postage. Which they still haven’t!!
Completely disgusting service!!
