Had an item cancelled from my order and it was dispatched without advising me. Now, although I completely understand that it is possible for items to run out of stock, it was very unpleasant to see my order be dispatched without giving me the opportunity to cancel everything. Especially when paying £5 shipping. in this situation, the fact that my order arrived without one of the items now means that because of your error I will have to place a second order with a replacement item at my expense of an additional £5. Of course, I won’t actually give you that business after the previous occurence.
