My order arrived on time I had no problems with postage but when I received my order the shoes I received had clearly been returned as they were out of the wrapping and had a big black mark on one side of the shoe. Luckily I have got most of this stain out with a wet cloth but still I expect my items brand new and not for me to be removing stains from them.
I was disappointed in the state my items were sent out to me.
