Refunds policy on online purchase is shocking. Only way to get a full refund is to send back at customers expense. Bought a jacket in the sale only cost me £30 plus the £4.99 delivery. To then pay another £15 to send it back to yous ( absolute disgrace considering once I get my refund I’m only really getting back half the price I paid actually less if delivery included!
