I ordered a pair of converse online, paid £4.99 for 'click & collect' (delivery charge is more than most retailers, and c&c is nearly always free, hence why retailers offer this option). They were too small so I looked at how to exchange/return them and found that I'd have to pay to send them back and then pay another £4.99 for delivery of the exchange. I called to check store stock and by the 3rd store, I was told they were online only. Online customer service could have told me this, instead she googled the number of my local stores. I'm now going to have to drive to a local store and get a credit note, as USC don't offer refunds for store returns even though they were ordered online, and then re-order again online and pay another £4.99 'CLICK & COLLECT' charge. The saving grace (so USC think) is you get a £5 click & collect voucher.....which you have to spend more money to redeem!! Not a great experience at all and I shan't be ordering online from USC again!!!
