We place an order of nearly £200 at the end of December. We then received an email a week or 2 later saying one of the items was not in stock (it did not state this at the time of purchase) and would not be available until end of February. What was not clear at the time was this meant the whole order was suspended until that item became available. We expected all other items to be sent as per the original delivery date provided and to receive the delayed item when it was available. We called customer service to discuss and were advised USC were not able to ship the rest of the order and our 2 options were to either cancel the delayed item or wait until it became available. This is not good customer service. It is not our fault USC could not fulfil the order we placed and USC should have covered the few pounds it would have cost to make 2 deliveries. Instead USC has saved a few pounds but lost 2 customers as a result as my wife and I are not likely to order from you again.
