Really bad experience with your delivery service Hermes. After receiving a text/email saying my package had been delivered and signed for I come home to no parcel or a note to say where it had been left. Spent an afternoon trying to trace a parcel that hadn’t actually been delivered. Received it the following day through the letterbox. Paid 4.99 for delivery as well!
After finally receiving the package the top was still on its hanger stuffed in the bag poking out the sides of the parcel. Could easily have been damaged.
