i placed an order and received 2 completely different shoes. i then had to contact customer services to be told to send them back at my expense initially and then try to claim back my postage. i am now in the process of sending these back and hope to get the correct same shoes in the size ordered. The process for returns when the fault is USCs is very poor indeed.
