my parcel turned up last week and i was missing a item a perfume set the other 2 items were great but i have contacted you 4 times regarding my missing item with no reply and i am still waiting for my item or a refund i explained this was for my daughters birthday which was 5/2/2018 and nothing from you at all
so i want my item sent or a full refund this is upsetting and not a great service at all
