1/Item not packaged in original packaging
2/Appeared as though item had been on active display for some time
3/Returns process from the 90's
4/Customer pays shipping both way on returns which I am not sure complies with the Consumer Act 2015
5/Will not shop again until all the above are resolved (which doesn't look anytime soon)
