I ordered a xxxl Lacoste jacket for click and collect, when I got it the tag said xxxl but the jacket was only a xxl, so I took it back to usc shirebrook, I got a credit note and re ordered the jacket again in xxxl but I had to pay £5 for click and collect again, so I’ve now payed £10 in click and collect ( which the item is only 400 yards away in the warehouse behind the shop) because of someone else’s mistake! Why can’t it be sorted in store?
