My first order was cancelled. My second order was successful but an item is missing. I’ve been waiting days to get a response from the customer service team. Plus I didn’t get the paperwork of my order. It’s very disappointing as I used to shop frequently in usc stores. This was my first time actually ordering from you guys. I love the store but the only service is just unreliable.
