Ordered 2 t shirts. When they arrived 1 was neatly packed the other looked as though it was thrown into the bag. The one that was not neat had the neck stretched. I sent it back asking to send a replacement. You then sent me an email saying that it will be refunded since I no longer required
I do not think they even bothered to read what I wrote requesting a replacement for faulty goods. I have also be told that they will refund my postage but I have to claim for it and if I wish a replacement I have to order another one. Seems crazy when I requested a replacement that is not faulty in the first place
