Because I requested my item to be delivered to a local shop (Sports Direct) in town I was charged £4.99. I have never been charged by other companies to pay to pick up my orders from their shops.
I only got this back as a voucher which I now have to spend in Sports Direct which I find appalling as I don’t shop in Sports Direct, but now have no choice but to do so.
So I not only have to pay to pick up my order, I am now being told I can’t get it back - I am being forced where to spend my money - not impressed at all.
