Unfortunately U S C haven’t made me happy . I purchased 2 coats online for 1 of my sons who is at uni in Southampton. I tried to cancel the order of 1 of the coats the day after . I sent an email to customer service and got a reply back telling me that I would not b able to return it as the order had already gone out . What a load of bollocks , the coat didn’t even come till a fortnight after .
