The online part of my purchase experience was very very good. I had opted to collect from store in Leicester Highcross shopping centre. Store number 0038.The person who bagged my item was very polite and helpful but the member of staff who was operating the till was very rude and extremely disenchanted with what he was doing. He could do with some customer service training in the art of using manners when dealing with the public. His attitude was the same with the people in the queue in front of me. His till operator number was 252904. This does not reflect well on USC in what was apart from this a good internet shopping purchase
