Good delivery time. Ordered Friday afternoon, delivered Saturday morning. The coat I ordered still had the security tag on and had a pen mark on it. Refused to pay postage to return it to sort their mistake so had to find a store to remove the tag. Managed to remove pen mark myself. Shame you don’t get free postage after spending a certain amount like in the past.
