Order arrived on time with no issues, however as the bootS were too big they needed to be exchanged. There is no option to take them to a store, therefore the returns/exchange process requires a lot of effort to find nd out what to do and then send back via recorded post. Emails confirming how the exchange is progressing have been good so far.
