I ordered a Calvin Klien bracelet for my mother as a Christmas gift but it was out of stock (after I placed and USC already confirmed the order). There was no alternative offered or communication given BEFORE dispatch so I could add something else to my order if I fancied. Stock should be up to date on your website and if there is an inventory mishap, communication should be given immediately BEFORE dispatch or alternatively, the items ordered can be dispatched as communication about the item no longer in stock is given, thereafter alternatives offered with free delivery so mother's don't get left out at Christmas!
