I have shopped with USC for years and love the products, discounts and convenience. On this occasion, my order took 3 weeks to be delivered and it needed multiple chasing for it to be dispatched. I understand the initial delay was caused by an item being out of stock but even after that was rectified it took a further two weeks for the delivery to arrive. Unfortunately, when the over did arrive, the cardigan wrap had a missing belt so I called to ask for the belt to be sent but apparently that was not possible so I have to now pay for the postage to return the defective item back. I hope this was a one off bad experience and things go back to normal as I do like shopping with USC and hate to see the customer service deteriorate like most other companies these days.
