Most companies provide a free delivery and free returns.
Usc do not and I found it expensive to not only pay for dlvy but also have to pay another 5.00 for recorded delivery.
The quality of the item was that of a 4.99 black legging with just a Calvin Klein band around the waist. It was shockingly poor quality and definately not worth 38.99!!
