Good product but you need to send an email to your customers on the arrival time of their parcels to enable them plan ahead of time instead of waiting the whole day to receive the parcel. I contacted Hermes about this and was told that they (Hermes) contacts you on the delivery time but hardly communicate this to the customer (me).
Kindly work on this.
