I placed a fairly large order, and a pair of suede shoes arrived that looked damaged/scuffed/worn. I contacted customer services and received a response. The only thing you were able to offer was a 20% refund on the item or I have to package up the item and take it to the post office - no pick up was offered. I sent in pictures of the damaged/worn shoes and asked for an explanation as to why only 20% was offered, when you cannot resell damaged/worn shoes as a new item. If you do resell them, you will end up making more money than the discount I received. To not offer more than 20% discount for damaged/worn shoes, and not even offer a pick up service is simply very poor customer service. No explanation was given to me as to why only 20% was offered. As a result of this poor service I have received, I will no longer be shopping with you, even though you offer a very good range of products.
