Paid for £5 delivery to store. Didn’t realise the voucher I would get was for Sports Direct, as opposed to USC.
Item didn’t suit so am having to post back and pay to return as USC store said I couldn’t return there.
I have emailed to return item as I couldn’t log into My Account online. It’s been 3 days and have not had a response. I searched for a telephone number for a quick answer- nothing. If you only give the option of email communication, please respond promptly.
Will never order from USC online again as it has been costly and a hassle.
