We still have not received our order and after numerous attempts of contacting your courier (Hermes) we have still not been able to speak to anyone as there is no English support from Hermes. They have suggested that we contact yourselves to rectify the situation but we are totally aware that this is the couriers problem as they never delivered the parcel to us. They claim to have received a signature after they claim to have delivered the parcel! HOWEVER - we were in all afternoon & evening and there were 3 adults in the house AND also they never left a calling card! What do we do now as we are £45 down?
