Worst customer service ever
How can I buy a jacket and you send it to me with a security tag still attached and then expect me to run around to try and get it removed and offer me a paltry 5 pounds for my time and inconvenience
Ridiculous
At the end of the day I bought an item in good faith and have not been able to use if for over a week
You also need to respond to a complaint or query quicker, how can I wait 3 days for a response ?
